The short version of what Twine keeps and why.

What we store

• Your account email, so you can sign in.
• Items you save, your cart, and recently viewed listings, so they are there when you come back.
• Price alerts you set and the notifications they create.
• Deal Check results you run while signed in.

If you are not signed in, saved items and cart stay in your browser only. When you sign in, they are moved to your account.

Where listings come from

Product listings, prices and images come from eBay. Twine shows them but does not control them, and prices can change on eBay at any time.

Payments

Twine does not process payments or store card details. When you buy, you go to eBay and pay there under eBay's own terms and privacy policy.

Abuse protection

To keep the service fair, Twine counts requests over short time windows. Network addresses are stored only as one-way scrambled codes and old counts are deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can remove saved items, cart entries and alerts at any time from the Saved and Cart pages.
